Enrolled students will complete the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), gaining essential skills such as:
▪️Supporting the personal care needs and independence of the residents.
▪️Ensuring safe working practices for direct care roles.
▪️Delivering care with compassion and professionalism.
▪️Understanding and integrating Peninsula Villages’ workplace policies and procedures.
